When we got home from dinner, last night I spotted a tall dandelion with all the helicopters in place, in the green belt. The light was bad for taking a macro, so I thought I'd wait until this morning to take a photo. Didn't quite work out. We must have had enough wind during the night to launch most of the helicopters, the top photo shows what was left. I think it's beautiful, anyway. The bottom photo is a fresh dandelion at the base of the first one. Love those curlicues.
