Even though it was really dreary when I took this, I really love this photo. Taken from the Hudson River, looking down 34th Street, you can just see the East River. Below, I was standing on 34th and 11th Ave, looking at the Hudson River, when a cruise ship cruised by.

Super shots, both of them. Wow that boat is huge! :)
ReplyDeleteThose are great shots and make me feel as if I were standing right there on the same streets!
ReplyDeleteThank you for hosting SOC!!
Great shots!
ReplyDeleteThat second one is just surreal.
ReplyDeleteThe dreary sky gives the picture a monochrome feel, I like it!
ReplyDeleteThe cruise ship looks like it is going right down the street! LOL!!
Those shots are both wonderful! I really love the first one.
ReplyDeleteBoth shots are great!! Especially the first one with the little spots of red.
ReplyDeleteAnd then that cruise ship!
I think what many consider 'dreary' shots are the most interesting!! So many contrasts in this photo. I love it.
ReplyDeleteJust found your link party and excited to add it to the sidebar of my blog and to become a follower. Blessings, Debbie
