Straight Out Of the Camera Sunday


I take a 3 mile walk, three times a week, while my husband is doing Physical Therapy.  This week I found a yard with several California Poppies blooming.  Such an unseasonal find; they usually bloom in the Spring.  It made me happy.

    Gorgeous shot. I just love poppies, but am starting to worry that we aren't going to get enough rain this year if this keeps up.

    Jan, I spotted the first wildflower up on the mountain today and they don't usually bloom until April!!! What is up with this?

    What a lovely capture. I live about 90 minutes from the poppy reserve in CA, and frequent it in the spring to take photos.

    3 miles and 3 times a week, wow that's incredible. I complained that last time I took a walk with kids in the wagon. That was only 2 mile though but my butt was sore already. anyway, greta shot Ms. Jan
