Straight Out Of the Camera Sunday




The sky was dreary on Thursday, when I took these.  The top photo is a bud unfolding; it'll be a beautiful Icelandic Poppy, like the bottom photo.

    Jan, they both are incredible shots. I love the shininess of the petals in the top one, and the wonderful detail and delicacy of the second one.

    Wow! The bud looks rather scary, with the fly too, then you see that wonderful blossom! Wow!
