Care to guess?



While walking in the Hillcrest area of San Diego, I spied these jars sitting on the rail or someone's 2nd story balcony.   I have no idea what they are.  Since I work with fabric, my guess is that the jars contain fabric, and perhaps the fabric is being altered in some way.  Do you have a guess?

We be back in SD, in two weeks.  I hope I remember to pass by and see if the jars are still there, and what they look like.
