Another car shot, today. I took this one, because the cars' licence plate has been tampered with. Someone painted over the original colors to give it a retro look, to go with the old school VW bug. Usually people repaint their licence plates to make them look newer, not older. The plate is illegal because legally it must not be altered. I wonder how many tickets he's gotten.
