Macro Monday

I think the secret of photographing white flowers may be to avoid bright sunlight.  I took these macros of the white roses right after the rain.  I love the tiny bits of dark pink on the petals.  Now go visit Lisa to see who else posted macro photos, today.

I've heard people say macros turn out better when taken on cloudy or overcast days (vs. bright sunlight). Not sure if that's true, but it certainly worked for you!

I always have difficulty photographing white flowers. These images have just the right amount of light and beautiful details.
