We live in SoCal, so we have some color year round, but I always look forward to the bulbs coming up. There's a really small showing this year, I think a critter might have eaten the bulbs. (Do you see the tiny spider on the Paperwhite's corona?)
Now go visit Lisa, to see who else played Macro Monday, today.
Go take more photos,
I can't wait to see some color here in my area. So pretty!
ReplyDeleteSo lovely and delicate Jan...it will be a while yet before we are blessed with those delightful spring bulbs...thanks for the early pre-view!
ReplyDeleteSo sweet! Nothing flowering here yet.
ReplyDeleteI see two bugs...hmmm they also start to get busy huh!
ReplyDeleteMacro Monday

Jan, well, SOMETHING sure ate it! And, SOMETHING is nibbling on my sunflowers...grrrrrrrrr!!! Beautiful flower, though!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. Our Easter lilies bloomed two weeks ago. My plants are very confused, even for SoCal.

ReplyDeletegreat shot...love the tiny spider!
ReplyDeleteSo absolutely gorgeous!!! I can't wait to have some beautiful flowers to photograph.
ReplyDeleteThis is macro. Beautiful and well done. Bravo!
ReplyDeleteLovely photo.
ReplyDeleteHope the bulbs are ok. The main thing to remember with bulbs is to let the green die on it's own. Never cut it. It needs that for nutrients for the next year. If planted in the grass and are mowed right after they bloom it only takes a few years before they don't come up at all, or do come up, but don't bloom.
