Macro Monday

We live in SoCal, so we have some color year round, but I always look forward to the bulbs coming up.  There's a really small showing this year, I think a critter might have eaten the bulbs.  (Do you see the tiny spider on the Paperwhite's corona?)   Now go visit Lisa, to see who else played Macro Monday, today.

  8. Beautiful. Our Easter lilies bloomed two weeks ago. My plants are very confused, even for SoCal.

  12. Lovely photo.

Hope the bulbs are ok. The main thing to remember with bulbs is to let the green die on it's own. Never cut it. It needs that for nutrients for the next year. If planted in the grass and are mowed right after they bloom it only takes a few years before they don't come up at all, or do come up, but don't bloom.
