What are the rules for SOOC Sunday?
•On any Sunday you can post any photo you like (it must be one of your own)
•that hasn’t been tweaked or altered in any way (cropping is OK).
•In other words Straight Out Of the Camera.
•Link to Murrieta365 in your post so others will know where to go if they want to join in the SOOC fun.
Go take more photos,

I like this photo, the way the petals are still there hanging on anf the pod just forming.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait Jan till I can see my own Poppies.
ReplyDeleteB.
I like this moment of shaping beauty! Lovely macro!
ReplyDeleteI am so jealous! We have been working in the yard all day...saw a little bit of green coming up. I get so wxcited this time of year when everything is just waking up after a long winter's nap. Your poppy is to die for!
ReplyDeleteLove the colour of the flower. Charmaine
ReplyDeleteGreat macro Jan...I cannot wait to see some color around these parts...everything is still dull/gray and lifeless!! UGH
ReplyDeleteSo pretty one. Mine is up also.
ReplyDeleteMine is here
I love your picture. It's so bright and cheerful!

Your shot is so enticing!
Mother Nature uses very bold colours sometimes! I went to see a 60s-70s exhibition yesterday and the colours from your picture would have fitted right in! My own choice from today is a bit stricter...
ReplyDeleteVery pretty, looks like it was a pretty color of flower too.
ReplyDeleteLove it Jan. With the winter we've had it's a breath of spring! Started a new blog and thought I'd get back into posting here.
ReplyDeleteIt proves that even aging can be beautiful.
ReplyDeleteIf you have CA poppies already fading, you are WAY ahead of us in Seattle. But I saw some robins yesterday! Neat shot here. Love macros.
ReplyDeleteAs usual I am late...we have had a rough week and I am now trying to catch up so here is my post
