I love sunflowers, who doesn't. These photos are crops of the same photo. Hope you're having a great weekend.

Oh, those are GORGEOUS photos! I grow sunflowers every year now out by my front fence! I can't wait to plant them this fall. Here in the desert, if I plant them in November, they will bloom by spring. It's too hot in summer, except for the wild ones, and I need to gather some of their seeds.
ReplyDeleteThese are my absolute favorite!
ReplyDeleteHere's my entry. I don't have time this morning to resize them.

I don't think I can get that close with my camera. Or can I? Fabulous photos.
ReplyDeleteHiya Jan,
ReplyDeleteThanks for the Sunday host.
Nice to have such a lemony yellow sunflower for a change. There'll be goldfinches on it soon.
I have used a sunflower today as well. Your sunflower is so giant! And, I love that bright yellow. Very nice.
ReplyDeleteThank you for hosting. My picture us one I would normally not share, the picture is fuzzy and the colors off, but for a straight out of the camera shot, it's great in my mind because it imperfectly captured the memory making moment of watermelon juice rolling down my little guy's belly.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! I love the bee visitor too! I wish I had some sunflowers around, I love how huge they can get!
ReplyDeleteJust love it Jan...so bright n bold!
ReplyDeleteSunflowers look so fresh and perky this time of year. Sweet photo, Jan!
