I spent Wednesday morning tromping around the Santa Rosa Plateau. I had a great time. This is my favorite windmill, and below I was using the self-timer in my point and shoot, to put myself in the picture.
You did good. My daughter and I used to do that and after she set the camera and then ran to get into the picture we would both be laughing. I love the windmills and the blue sky!
What a fun photo! I have not been up on the Santa Rosa for years ,this makes me want to go very soon! You get out to a lot of great places around here, do you Geocache? If not check it out at Geocaching.com I think you might like it!
I like the shot with you in it. We have a wind generator, but it's a lot smaller than a windmill. I like the sound it makes when there's enough wind to make power. - Margy

Aren't you cute. :D Great looking sky. Our sky is overcast, misty but with cool air.
ReplyDeleteHey! Good work, Jan. I have never tried taking a photo of myself. What fun!
ReplyDeleteGood idea for a skywatch.
