"Let us dance in the sun, wearing wild flowers in our hair...", Susan Polis Shutz

If you're a regular visitor to this blog, you may be wondering why I haven't been posting my customary photo a day. There are a few reasons; life has been very hectic, few opportunities for new photo taking; and I'm having surgery this week. Next week I'll be recovering, then I hope to be back to normal, whatever that is.

The camellia photo is from my files; it's SOOC, from long ago, when we actually had some rain! Keep your fingers crossed on the rain thing, or send some our way.

  1. Nothing like a flower covered with dewdrops. Nice photo, Jan.

Best wishes to you on your surgery...

  2. Get well soon Jan! Beautiful picture, so sad we would never have seen it if life were a little less hectic for you!

  3. A very pretty flower indeed. It does look nice with all the raindrops on it.

  5. I was wondering about you and stopped by because I'm watching 20/20 about a murder in Murrieta. Yikes! I got to thinking, "I hope Jan is okay."
Gracious, I hope you're hanging in there. Keep us posted and thanks again for the book.
