Happy Ruby Tuesday. We've had very blustery wind; I couldn't resist capturing this enormous flag blowing straight-out. I'm still on jury duty, and this was taken on my way home.
All the flags here look like that most of the Spring. Except they tatter quickly, so it's not uncommon to see a few more loose threads. Beautiful capture!
