These shots were taken last Friday. The first one was about 4:30, and the cloud reminded me of an Angel Wing. The second shot was about 5:30, and a smiley face Moon and Venus are just visible.

The Swedish "painter prince" (he was both) Eugen made a lovely and famous painting called "The Cloud", your top pic reminds me of that. But I adore the below one, exquisite!
ReplyDeleteExcellent shots once again, they look like paintings.

Beautiful, Jan. The second one is stunning!
ReplyDeleteJan, these are absolutely gorgeous! You should frame these!!
ReplyDeleteLove the "dry brush technique" on the first shot. Like a painting by a great artist.
ReplyDeleteI very seldom just take a shot of the sky, but sometimes that makes a really nice photo...just as these do. I love that bottom one.
ReplyDeleteLove the clouf painted in in a single brush stroke, and the trimming in the second adding to the contrast.
ReplyDeleteFantastic shot of clouds!
