Ruby Tuesday

I had a hard time coming up with a macro ruby. I do like this, though. It's honeysuckle berries, taken last week in my garden. I like the shadow cast on the leaf by the berries.

Ruby Tuesday is the brain-child of Mary at Work of the Poet go visit all the Ruby people there.

  1. The berries are a wonderful red.

I think a macro red is hard this time of year too...but that's because everything here is soooo white at the moment (or grey!).

  5. These berries qualify nicely as rubies, and substantial in this pose. The shadows add a great amount of substance to this shot.
