This rose bud has the appearance of the moon with all it's valleys.
ReplyDeleteHi Jan, this is absolutely stunning, just beautiful.
ReplyDeleteLovely image! The clarity of the raindrops is awesome.
ReplyDeleteI'm smiling at Becky and Gary's comment - it does have a moon appearance of sorts. :)
So mysterious the way the bud seems to float out of the screen.
ReplyDeleteOh my lucky you you still have some roses. Mine are all gone past for the winter.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful shot. I love the water droplets. This is a terrific pick for sepia.

Happy Thursday!:-)
Lovely macro, and the monochrome really focuses you on the droplets rather than on the flower.
ReplyDeleteThis is a lovely shot! The raindrops are just glistening against those pale sepia petals ... very delicate!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! I love how the draops of water is so clear!
ReplyDeleteMine is here. Happy SS!
Wow, that is a wonderful image.
ReplyDeleteI hate rain.
ReplyDeleteYou would if you had so much of it. Try living in Belgium!
BUT!
I absolutely LOVE flowers with raindrops on them!
Great sepia!
love the way the drops looks
ReplyDeleteI like the term 'sepia tinted people' - I think I'd look younger in sepia ;)
Jan that rose bud is just plain gorgeous in sepia!
ReplyDeletePretty shot
ReplyDeleteNow how did I miss this? You're very good at capturing water drops on flowers and leaves!
