Macro Monday

Shots of thistle, caught this week, while walking the dogs. The last one is looking straight down at the top of the thistle; it's not the best image, but I really liked it, so I included it.

Macro Monday is the brain-child of one of my fave photographers, Lisa. Macro Monday is easy to play, snap a macro (or close-up) photo, post it on your blog, and let Lisa know you're playing.

  5. Hmmm...I'm guessing you must live in Arizona or New Mexico to have these to photograph a week ago :-) Nice shots...

  8. Love the thistle shots! I love that last one. We have artichoke plants (related) and I never tire of photographing them in all their variations through the seasons. Today, with snow on them!
